Ledford DJ Services has provided professional sound and entertainment for hundreds of weddings and many, many events. We work with our clients to understand their vision and bring it to life. To meet your exact needs, we follow a simple but highly effective process. 

First and foremost, we hold calls and meetings with you to discuss your vision. This helps us align with your vision and offer our professional insights and ideas! 

After we’ve discussed your special day with you, we will share a document where you can share more details regarding specific songs you would like along with comments and notes. This allows us to easily track your songs for both ceremony and reception activities.

We also recommend creating a playlist on Spotify or Apple Music and sharing it with us for the must-have general reception songs. We use this playlist to build a customized reception track list for your day.

Once we’ve got the track list set, we keep constant communication as the day approaches to ensure all your questions have been answered. This ensures we are all on the same page and there are no missed opportunities!

On the day of, we will arrive two to three hours beforehand to setup and perform a soundcheck. We also take this time to discuss with the other vendors the plan for the day. We will be handling all the sound and announcements during the event. After everything has come to a close, we breakdown all our equipment and ensure we leave without a trace. This allows both you and the other vendors to focus on your important items and clean up fast!
